End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and execute the Hirebotai desktop application on one (1) Windows PC strictly for personal educational, practice, and skill development purposes.

• Each license key is cryptographically bound to a single device using a hardware identifier (HWID).
• You may not share, rent, resell, sub-license, or transfer your license key to any third party.
• If you upgrade or replace your primary PC, contact support at hello@hirebotai.in to request an authorized HWID reset.

Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases for the operational lifecycle of the product and do not incur recurring fees.

All sales of digital license keys are final and non-refundable once activated, as set forth in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Users are provided a 3-day full-access free trial to thoroughly test and verify compatibility on their hardware before purchasing.

Hirebotai is licensed exclusively as a study companion, mock interview simulation assistant, and developer utility. You explicitly agree that you shall NOT:

• Use the application in any live test, exam, or assessment environment where external software or reference aids are prohibited by the test administrator or employer.
• Circumvent, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the binary or licensing validation routines.
• Misrepresent yourself or use the software to facilitate academic dishonesty or breaches of employment agreements.
• Use the software in any manner that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates applicable cyber regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The licensor shall have zero liability for any disciplinary consequences, disqualified test results, or employment terminations incurred by the licensee. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the licensor and its creators from any claims or damages arising from your violation of this agreement or third-party rules.

This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or revoke your license without refund if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the application from your devices.
