Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading the desktop application, activating a trial, or purchasing a license plan, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operators of Hirebotai. If you do not agree unconditionally to all provisions of these Terms of Service, do not access or use the website, software, or related services.

Hirebotai provides an independent Windows desktop application and practice platform designed strictly for educational preparation, developer productivity, mock interview simulation, and technical problem-solving practice. It is created to assist candidates in self-study, reviewing concepts, and simulating mock interviews in a private environment.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each license key is device-bound and valid for use on a single PC at a time, governed by our EULA.
• All payments are securely handled through authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user in their account settings or via written request to support.
• All digital software licenses are delivered electronically and immediately upon payment confirmation as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• All license sales are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please evaluate the app during the 3-day free trial prior to purchasing.

You agree to use Hirebotai solely in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the specific rules, guidelines, and honor codes of any environment in which you operate. Specifically:

• Prohibited environments: You are strictly prohibited from using the software during live examinations, tests, assessments, or interviews where the administering institution, employer, or proctoring service prohibits external aids, unauthorized software, or third-party assistance.
• Sole user compliance: You assume sole and exclusive responsibility for verifying whether the use of assistive software is permitted in your specific context. Hirebotai does not promote, endorse, or authorize academic dishonesty or the deceptive circumvention of examination protocols.
• Confidentiality & NDAs: You agree not to use the software to capture, distribute, or leak proprietary examination questions or confidential company material in violation of third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hirebotai, its individual developer(s), operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the software; (b) any violation by you of these Terms or third-party rules, honor codes, or employer policies; or (c) any disciplinary proceedings, job offer revocations, disqualifications, or employer actions brought against you or involving your activities.

The service and application are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We make no warranty that the software will be undetectable, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We make no representations or guarantees regarding interview outcomes, employment offers, or examination scores.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, creator, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of employment, damage to professional reputation, or business interruption). Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the software shall be strictly capped at the amount you paid for the service in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

All third-party product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this website or in the application (including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and various assessment platforms) are property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from the use of Hirebotai shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India to resolve any legal matter or dispute.
